Student Clearance

Steps to complete MHS Student Athletic Clearance:

1. Parent/Guardian must create an account to register student. Click HERE for the SportsNet Website.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Create an Account”
3. Complete ALL portions of the online profile
4. Upload the medicial elibility form (form downloadable in Athletics section under Sports Physical forms)

TRANSFER ELIBILITY

A student who competes in an interscholastic contest at any level (Frosh, JV or Varsity) and enrolls from a different school (Grades 10-12) will be considered a transfer. All athletic transfer applications must be completed and signed by the Athletic Director for clearance from the California Interscholastic Federation/Central Coast Section. Please contact the athletic director for the transfer form.
