Good Afternoon Toreador Families,

I want to give you as much notice as possible about Parent-Teacher Conferences. This time we will be conducting the conferences virtually. You will be receiving several versions of this email, one for each of your students classes/teachers.

We will be hosting 8 minute long Zoom meetings for which you can sign up through the link in this email. The meetings will be 1:1 and once you have selected a time. With this email you will be signing up for a time to meet with Ms. Brutzman. We want to encourage as much communication and partnership between our teaching faculty and our families and hope that this opportunity represents just one of the many conversations that take place about your student’s progress. If you are unable to meet during the times allotted, please know that teachers are available to speak and you can communicate directly with them to set up an appropriate time.

Due to illness, I am unable to host tonights [Tuesday, October 27th] scheduled meetings.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this creates.

Please know, I am eager to meet with and discuss details about the great accomplishments that occur within our classroom and truly value your partnership in your child's education.

If there are any urgencies I am available by email sbrutzman@mpusd.k12.ca.us.
Additionally, I will follow up directly with the guardian that has established the meeting sign up upon my return.
