Monterey High School’s talented student artists recently showcased their creativity and courage at the annual Thinking Out Loud: Regional High School Art Competition at the Cherry Center Gallery in Carmel.
Among the participants were AMP Academy sophomores Isabella Dominguez (‘27) and Abigail Gurrola (‘27), who earned top awards and cash prizes for their outstanding work. This prestigious competition features artwork from students across local public and private high schools, making it a significant achievement to be recognized.
In total, 20 Monterey High students bravely submitted their artwork for consideration, demonstrating the power of artistic expression.
