sometimes you're teaching the lesson but you can see that light bulb go off and students mind where they're making a connection. had not previously made and I feel really honored and proud to be part of that process when I see students making those kind of connection there is a field but really it's a set of tools and techniques and practices that are used in many different field many students will come back and shared with me that they appreciated something we didn't one of the classes without peanuts or some experience that we had in the class that when they got to college they were the only ones with done that before they felt proud of having gone to Monterey High School tells me that I must be doing something right beer online was my most difficult year of teaching ever there was a whole cohort of students that I never had met in person and then here when we did come back in person I finally got to meet many of the students who were with me online and many of them thanked me for making it as interesting as I possibly could through the tiny little screen that we had to work with
